LPN Qualifications:

• Unrestricted Washington LPN License OR Compact License
• LPN Experience (6 months +)
• CPR (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association
• Negative TB Test from within the past year
• Physical Exam from within the past year
• Up to date Immunization records
• Ability to pass background check
