Position Overview

Support specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of key administrative and operational functions, including client invoicing, provider compensation, weekly payroll, scheduling, and credentialing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to support regional growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and accurate information regarding client invoicing, provider pay, weekly payroll, scheduling providers, and provider credentialing 
• Assist with marketing and advertising by placing pre-written ads on job boards, and performing market research. 
• Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner. 
• Assist with onboarding of healthcare providers 
• Attend systems training as needed 
• All other duties as assigned

Position Details

• Location: Milpitas, CA
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Hybrid

Compensation

• $22/ hr
• Quarterly Bonuses!
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
• PTO: 15 Days PTO + 2 Floating Holidays + 7 Paid Holidays (24 Paid Days Off)
