Ro Health is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting. In this role, the BCBA will provide

comprehensive clinical oversight, direct support to behavioral providers, and collaborative

guidance to school personnel to promote positive student outcomes.


The BCBA will deliver regular supervision to behavioral staff, ensuring ethical and effective

implementation of behavioral interventions, while also offering general supervision to other

behavioral professionals and participating in meetings such as IEPs and team consultations.


BCBAs are expected to support a range of collateral responsibilities essential to program

quality and continuity of care.


Key Responsibilities:


● RBT Supervision: Provide regular supervision to RBTs, ensuring they are implementing

behavioral interventions effectively and ethically.

● General Supervision: Provide general supervision to other behavioral professionals

and attendance to meetings regarding services provided (IEPs, Team Meetings, etc.)

● Collaboration with School Staff: Work closely with teachers, clinical staff, and

administrators to support and/or develop and implement behavior intervention plans that

promote positive student behavior.

● Documentation: Responsible for maintaining supervision and/or consultation notes to

document all supervision observations/assessments with providers (e.g. BCAs, CBTs,

RBTs, etc.) and school district personnel. Adheres to company policies and procedures

for storage of all notes.

● Clinical Meetings: Attend clinical meetings with Ro Health and participate in

branch-level meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for continuous

improvement.

● Training and Development: Deliver comprehensive 40-hour training programs for new

RBTs and support ongoing professional development for staff pursuing their RBT

certification.

● Competency Assessments: Conduct initial competency assessments and renewal

assessments for RBTs, ensuring they meet required standards and provide feedback for

improvement.

● Incident Reporting: Complete incident reports for students and Ro Health staff as

necessary, documenting behavioral occurrences and response strategies in compliance

with school and agency policies.

● Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Conduct FBAs as needed to identify the

underlying causes of challenging behaviors and develop appropriate intervention

strategies.

● Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP): Develop behavior plans/treatment plans for all

consumers with a focus on teaching and other antecedent strategies for reducing

problematic behavior(s).

● Data Collection: Create an ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and

programmatic efficacy for all consumers, and to analyze data on a frequent and ongoing

basis to guide programming.

● Client Meetings: Attend client meetings with the region’s area manager as needed,

providing clinical insight and support in collaboration with school districts.

● Trainee Supervision: Provide supervision and mentorship to RBT and BCaBA trainees

accruing clinical hours, ensuring alignment with BACB requirements and supporting skill

development and competency.

● Other Collateral (Non-Direct Service) Duties: In addition to direct client services,

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

● Preferred at least one year of experience in a supervisory role

● Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

● Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to effectively train and mentor RBTs and other staff members.

Pay, Schedule, Location:

  • $55/hr
  • Full-Time & Part-Time
  • Riverside County – Perris & Corona
