Overview:

• In-person
• Oxford, NY
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate healthcare services with other members of the facility health team
• Respond to medical emergencies within the facility
• Maintaining general medical inventory
• Conducting medication administration
• Ensuring that interventions are consistent with treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
• Preparing required clinical and administrative reports

Qualifications:

• NY state LPN license
• 1 year of LPN experience
• Valid CPR/BLS Card from the American Heart Association
• Proof of negative TB test within the past year
• Ability to pass a background check
