Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Specialists in School Psychology to join our West Texas Behavioral Team for the 2025-2026 school year (and beyond). What You’ll Do (varies on district):

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide consultation and guidance to support behavioral, emotional, and academic interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to ensure effective support and outcomes.
• Deliver individual and group counseling services as needed to address social-emotional development.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.

What You’ll Need:

• Specialist-level degree (Ed.S., SSP, or higher) in School Psychology or a related field from an APA-accredited or NASP-approved program
• Eligible for or currently hold a valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) license
• Successful completion of a supervised internship (typically 1,200 hours, including school-based experience)
• NCSP (Nationally Certified School Psychologist) preferred but not required
• Experience working with school-aged children (internship or professional setting)
• Strong skills in psychological assessment, testing, and diagnostic evaluation
