MA – Medical Assistant – Corrections

Ro Health is looking to connect with a few great board-certified Medical Assistants (MAs) wanting to gain and expand their experience in the Department of Corrections. In addition to the facilities near San Diego, CA. Ro Health is also a preferred staffing partner to 27 other facilities for the Department of Corrections, as well as School Districts, Hospitals, and Long Term Care all over the state of California. • Positions Available: Full Time – Set Schedule
• Target Start Date: ASAP

Compensation / Benefits:

• Medical, Dental, and Vision Health Care Plans

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant (MA)
• Current CPR/BLS Card (American Heart Association required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• MAs must be certified under one of the following boards:
  • American Association of Medical Assistants
  • American Medical Technologists
  • California Certifying Board of Medical Assistants
  • Multiskilled Medical Certification Institute, Inc
  • American Medical Certification Association
