POSITION OVERVIEWLPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to support student(s) in the school setting.
Seizure Disorders, Diastat
Tracheostomy
G-tube
Type I Diabetic Management, Insulin Injections and Pumps
Providing Medication to Students and Structuring Care Plans
Licenses & Experience
Must hold current Virginia LPN license and BLS certification
Experience in pediatrics is a plus
