As a Behavioral Class Aide (BCA) you’d work at school districts in the Carlsbad area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This would be a full-time or part-time position supporting children in a classroom setting.

Position Overview:
Area: Carlsbad, CA
Specialty: Behavior Class Aide
Schedule: Typically M-F, 8 am- 3pm
Target Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
Practiced ABA Therapy
Experience working with children
Previous school experience is not required, but preferred
High school diploma
Strong assessment skills
Willingness to assist in students learning process
CPI or NCI Certification
CPR Card
Strong ability to work in a team environment
Comfortable assisting with toileting
Preferred Qualifications:
CPI Card (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
