Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) - School Based Full Time | School Based | San Diego

This role focuses on supervising RBTs in school settings while collaborating with BCBAs. You will play a key role in strengthening behavioral programs across TK through Adult Transition settings.
This position provides the required monthly supervision and opportunities to support clinical growth and BCBA pathway goals

Overview:
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: San Diego (In person)
Compensation: $38 - $43 per hour depending on experience
Start date: January 2025
Bonus: $1000
What You’ll Do:
Provide supervision and support to RBTs in school settings
Collaborate with BCBAs and staffing partners to support service delivery
Offer behavioral intervention support and resources
Work across TK through Adult Transition programs
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualifications:
Active BCaBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
Reliable form of transportation (commute between school sites)
Experience or interest in school based behavioral services
Strong communication and collaboration skills
