Overview:
In-person (some remote work included)
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Remote days available
Compensation: $50-$60/hr
Start date: Flexible
Responsibilities:
Supervision
Commute between schools and/or districts to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Assessment and Analysis
Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Direct Provider Support
Provide ongoing training and case support for RBTs and other support staff.
Collaboration
Work closely with case managers, teachers, and behavioral health teams to ensure cohesive care.
Physical Demands
Ability to run and stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Requirements:
Active BCBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
Master’s Degree
Pass iCORI background check
