Are you a BCBA looking for a flexible schedule primarily focused on RBT supervision? Would you like to follow a school schedule with summer and winter breaks and any school holidays off?

The majority of this role will be focused on direct supervision of behavior intervention staff in school settings with a portion of remote supervision. You will also be part of our Psych & Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students who need assistance within special education programs. This position is open so that you can begin building a caseload as soon as possible, with the full expectation of developing full-time hours with your caseload.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

-Work with the district to create IEP Goals, Attend IEP meetings, Set Baselines, Conduct FBAs

- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral issues

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Must-Have Experience:

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to patient care

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
