Ro Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona! This role focuses on creating a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering efficient, resident-centered care.
Details:
6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30am
rotating schedule
Qualifications:
at least 6 months of CNA experience is required but 1 year is preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a healthcare setting.
Willingness to learn and apply management systems such as AMS.
Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all assigned para-professional nursing care and treatment services efficiently and in accordance with prescribed standards.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and continuous process improvements.
Use AMS tools and concepts to identify and implement work improvements and efficiencies.
Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach in all aspects of care.
