Ro Health is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Flagstaff, Arizona! This role focuses on creating a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering efficient, resident-centered care.

rotating schedule
part-time or per diem
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of CNA experience is required but 1 year is preferred.
Must be local to the Flagstaff area
Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term facility is a plus!
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a healthcare setting.
Willingness to learn and apply management systems such as AMS.
Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Transferring and positioning residents using proper techniques and equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts).
Feeding residents and monitoring nutritional intake.
Taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to nurses.
Assisting with mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
Maintaining cleanliness in residents’ rooms and common areas.
Providing emotional support and companionship to veterans.
Documenting care and following facility policies and procedures.
