Qualifications:
- at least 6 months of CNA experience is required but 1 year is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a healthcare setting.
- Willingness to learn and apply management systems such as AMS.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all assigned para-professional nursing care and treatment services efficiently and in accordance with prescribed standards.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and continuous process improvements.
- Use AMS tools and concepts to identify and implement work improvements and efficiencies.
- Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach in all aspects of care.
