Ro Health is looking for an entry level Compliance Coordinator. The Compliance Coordinator manages the compliance program for our team of healthcare and behavioral health Providers.
The Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in helping our team grow the right way by meeting our duties to our clients and patients who rely on our services. Candidates must have a high level of integrity, and attention to detail and collaborate well with a team of Support Staff.
Position Details
Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Responsibilities
Assist Candidates through Ro Health’s onboarding process
Audit references and conduct background checks
Verify and validate medical licenses, certifications, and other required credentials for healthcare / behavioral health professionals.
Maintain and Update Employee Credentials
Lead Collection of Required Documents
Run Various Daily and Monthly Audits
Manage New Hire and Termination Paperwork
Assist with Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and Other Claims
Coordinate and Manage the Employee Evaluation Process
Comply with Regulatory Agency Requirements
Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
HR experience preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
