Office Location: Hayward, CA (relocating to a new office in Milpitas in March)
Full Time
Monday to Friday
Hybrid; ability to work from home Monday and Friday upon completion of probationary period
5am - 2pm
Job Responsibilities
Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients’ Needs
Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, Serving as their Primary Point of Contact
Oversee Healthcare Providers
Negotiate Wages with Candidates
Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity
Handle after-hours urgent communication with providers and clients to provide optimal customer service.
