As a Paraeducator (Para) you’d work at school districts in the San Juan Capistrano, CA area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1 (no license required). This would would be a part-time or full time position supporting children in a classroom setting, depending on the case.
Overview:
Area: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Specialty: Instructional Aide/Paraeducator (no license required)
Schedule: Any weekday, 8 am- 3 pm (School Bell Schedule may differ depending on the school site)
Target Start Date: ASAP, Immediate Quick Start
No license required
Requirements:
Previous school experience not required, but preferred.
High school diploma/GED Required
Strong assessment skills
Willingness to assist in students learning process
Strong ability to work in a team environment
Comfortable assisting with toileting
Preferred Qualifications:
CPI Card (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
Associate or Bachelors
Prior tutoring experience
