Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona! This position ensures a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while overseeing and assigning duties to subordinate staff.

- 6am-6pm
- per diem/full-time needed
Qualifications:
- at least 6 months of LPN experience required but 1 year is preferred
- Ability to supervise and train subordinate staff in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of nursing care for geriatric residents, supervising and training subordinate staff in specific resident care procedures.
- Observe and report resident behavior and physical condition, administering medical treatments and interventions according to the care plan.
- Serve as a lead or perform limited supervision during shifts, assigning duties to other Geriatric LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants when acting as the charge nurse.
- Work under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and process improvements.
- Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach in the performance of all job duties.
