Position Overview:
Location: In-person, Longmont, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM - 3 PM (Hours may vary)
Pay Rate:$38-$45 per hour (Based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) in collaboration with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
Administer first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses
Develop and implement emergency response plans
Maintain accurate and confidential health records
Communicate with parents about their child’s health and recommend follow-up care
Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 40 pounds)
Requirements:
Active RN license in Colorado
CPR/BLS certification
Current negative TB test result
