What You’ll Do:
Provide direct support to students with disabilities, focusing on behavioral, social-emotional, and academic development.
Assist in implementing individualized behavior interventions and strategies outlined in IEPs.
Monitor and document student behavior, progress, and responses to interventions.
Support positive behavior management and reinforce social-emotional skill development in the classroom.
Collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and specialists to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral supports.
Facilitate one-on-one or small group sessions targeting behavioral goals and skill-building.
Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment that promotes student success.

What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or GED (required)
Associates Degree or higher (preferred)
Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
