Ro Health is hiring passionate Paraprofessionals to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2025–2026 school year and beyond. What You’ll Do:
Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:
Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or ParaPro Certification
Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
Experience with behavior management (preferred)
Inclination to work well in a team environment
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
