We at Ro Health are currently looking for passionate individuals who have a desire to help children thrive to the best of their abilities while in school as a Registered Behavioral Technician. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) you’d work at school districts in the Chula Vista area for a mix of classroom support and 1:1. This would be a full-time or part-time position supporting children in a classroom setting. Requirements:
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification
Previous school experience not required, but preferred.
High school diploma
Strong assessment skills
Willingness to assist in students learning process
CPI or NCI Certification
Strong ability to work in a team environment
Comfortable assisting with toileting
Preferred Qualifications:
CPI Card (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
