Position Details:

Positions Available:
Full-time (1 position for Fall 2025)
Working 1:1 with student,
Schedule is M-F, roughly 6am-3:30pm
Target Contract Date: ASAP - Start in late July, early August
No holidays or weekends

Paid Meet & Greet with student & school
On-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hours
Responsibilities may include:
Utilizing MD orders and all required medical devices and medications
Executing the care plan and providing emergency care if needed
Assist in providing a safe environment for the client
Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements
Working 1:1 with a patient that has one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic, seizures)
Bus ride with student to & from school - Nurses are paid during this time
Requirements/Qualifications:
At least 2 years nursing experience
Active, Arizona nursing license (REQUIRED)
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Trach experience (Highly Preferred)
Pediatric experience (Highly Preferred)
Valid TB Test (within 1 year)
CPR/BLS Certification (No online courses accepted)
Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!
Physical Demands: This position requires employees to use their hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Employees are frequently required to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time. The position may require lifting, bending, and crouching. The employee will occasionally lift/move up to 40 pounds.

Continued Clinical Supervisor mentorship throughout assignment
