Overview:
- In-person
- Schedule: 8s, weekend availability
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health status
- Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic care approach
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assess and dress wounds, ensuring proper wound care techniques
- Monitor the healing progress of wounds and report any complications
- Regularly check and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature
- Educate residents and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies
- Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- WA state license
- 1yr RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Recent PPD test or chest x-ray
- Negative TB test
- Desirable candidates are reliable and exhibit a consistently positive attitude
