Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Veterans Home in Arizona. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, therapeutic, and hygienic environment while delivering professional nursing care, treatments, and services according to prescribed standards.
Details:
- Schedule: 6am-6:30pm
- Rotating schedule, 4 shifts one week, 3 shifts the next week
Qualifications:
- at least 1 year of RN nursing home experience required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong understanding of geriatric care and nursing procedures.
- Nursing Home experience in required
- Ability to supervise and train staff in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with AMS or similar management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of nursing care for geriatric residents, overseeing and training staff in specific resident care procedures.
- Observe and assess residents' behavior and physical conditions, administering medical treatments and interventions according to the care plan.
- Act as lead or perform limited supervision during shifts, providing oversight to licensed staff and Certified Nursing Assistants when assigned as the charge nurse.
- Learn and implement Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for problem-solving and continuous process improvements.
- Incorporate a Veteran/Member-centered approach to care in all job duties.
