Ro Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a Youth Correctional Facility in Phoenix, Arizona!
This position plays a vital role in providing essential care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility.

Location: Phoenix, CA
Schedule: 12s, various schedules, part-time or per diem
Higher pay available for travelers located 50+ miles from the facility
Employment Type: Contract
Qualifications:
Active AZ RN license (in good standing)
At least 1 year of RN experience
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to pass a strict background check
Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor youth health conditions, identifying any medical or mental health concerns
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper adherence and documentation
Develop and implement individualized care plans for youth with chronic conditions or special medical needs
Respond to medical emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and triage care as needed
Conduct health screenings and assessments upon intake and throughout the youth’s stay
Collaborate with mental health professionals to support youth with behavioral or psychiatric conditions
Educate youth on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention to promote lifelong wellness
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring proper care and adherence to facility policies
Maintain accurate medical records and reports, ensuring compliance with state and facility regulations
Coordinate care with physicians, social workers, and facility staff to ensure a holistic approach to youth health
