Ro Health is looking to hire a part-time RN Clinical Supervisor with 2+ years of experience to work with a variety of ages with complex medical concerns:
Clinical Supervisor (RN) Position Details:
- Location: Greater Tacoma Area
- Specialty: Private Duty Nursing (Home Health)
- Position Available: Part-time
- Shift: Flexible around recertifications
- Schedule: Flexible around recertifications
Skills and Responsibilities:
The PDN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of services. The Clinical Supervisor’s oversight must include the following:
- Attend Team meetings, as schedule allows
- Attend monthly PDN Clinical Supervisor meetings
- Communicate questions/concerns to Leadership/Management
- Coordinate Client Care
- Start of care visit/assessment (meet patient/family, collect documents, etc)
- Recertification visits every 60 days
- Build and maintain client chart and care plan in EMR
- Additional visits/assessments after hospitalizations greater than 24 hours
- Request signature on 485s, orders/medication requests
- Communicate with family/guardians during cert period regarding changes to care/new orders/appointment follow ups, as needed
- Maintain monthly compliance with client's records at a score of 98% or higher
- Manage Personnel:
- Initial and annual skills verifications
- Initial and annual infection control observations & evaluation
- Initial and annual Statstaff updates
- Per cert period: ‘Supervisory Visit Report’ form
- Per week/month: ‘Clinical Documentation Review’ forms
- PRN: Clinical support to LPN and RN field nurses
- Other duties as needed or required

Minimum Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor (RN):
Required:
- Washington State Nursing License
- 2 years RN experience
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- Current Negative TB Result
Preferred:
- A minimum of 2 years of home care experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Pediatric Experience
