Ro Health is seeking a Clinical School Nursing Supervisor to support our growing school-based nursing program in the Houston area. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical oversight, mentorship, and partnership support while helping establish and grow our presence in a new market.

Overview:
Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas
Status: Part-Time / Per Diem (with growth potential)
Compensation: $42–45/hour
Expected Hours:
5–10 hours/week to start
Up to 20 hours/week as cases begin
Potential to grow to 30–40 hours/week as the region scales
Work Setting: Primarily in-person; travel as needed (up to 1–2 hours depending on assignment and candidate location)
Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and support nurses providing care in school-based or community settings
Provide clinical guidance, field supervision, and performance feedback
Support onboarding, training, and continued development of new and experienced nurses
Create and oversee individualized care plans for students
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and best practices
Collaborate with school districts, families, and Ro Health internal teams
Participate in client meetings and represent Ro Health professionally
Serve as a clinical and operational liaison as the region grows
Contribute to quality assurance and program development efforts
Qualifications:
Active RN License (Required; Texas experience strongly preferred)
Minimum of 1+ year of school nursing and/or pediatric experience
District Nurse or Health Services Coordinator experience strongly preferred
Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
Outgoing and personable; comfortable engaging with clients and partners
Passion for teaching, training, and investing in nurse success
Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement for growing a new program
Preferred Skills:
Medication administration in school settings
G-tube care and feeding
Catheterization experience
Tracheostomy care
Behavioral health or special education support
Experience with seizure disorders or diabetes management
