Special Education Teacher (25-26 School Year and Beyond)
Location: Dripping Springs, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $50–$55/hour (depending on assignment & experience)
Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Special Education Teachers to join our Austin Behavioral Team for the 2025-2026 school year (and beyond). What You’ll Do:
Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs in inclusion, resource, or substantially separate settings
Design and deliver individualized lesson plans aligned to IEP goals
Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate progress data
Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support inclusive practices
Lead or contribute to IEP meetings, re-evaluations, and parent-teacher conferences
Implement behavior support strategies and classroom accommodations
Create a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student independence and engagement

What You’ll Need:
Valid Texas License in Special Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
Knowledge of IEP development and SPED compliance
Experience working with neurodiverse learners in school settings
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to pass background checks and provide professional references
