The position requires a professional and personable individual excited to focus on building excellent relationships through working with healthcare providers and the facilities at which they work. Our Tacoma location works with client facilities throughout the West Coast - recruiting, hiring, staffing, and supplying hospitals with healthcare providers that they need to care for their patients. Responsibilities for Staffing Consultant

• Source and recruit a high volume of healthcare providers to be placed throughout client facilities along the west coast
• Develop and manage relationships with Client Organizations
• Interview and screen candidates for placement
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process with candidates
• Strategize, develop and execute a marketing plan
• Negotiate wages with prospective candidates
• Network with trade associations
• Develop a sales plan to expand the business
• Customize contracts to fit client needs

Qualifications for Staffing Consultant

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University - New Grads Encouraged to Apply!
• Desire to lead a team
• Strong interest in recruiting
• Strong interest in business development
• Outgoing personality with a true passion for people

• Honest – must have a high level of integrity

Preferred:
