In-person
Queens, NY
8 hour shift
Weekend availability
Responsibilities:
Coordinate healthcare services with other members of the facility health team
Respond to medical emergencies within the facility
Maintaining general medical inventory
Conducting medication administration
Ensuring that interventions are consistent with treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
Preparing required clinical and administrative reports
Qualifications:
NY state LPN license
1 year of LPN experience
Valid CPR/BLS Card from the American Heart Association
Proof of negative TB test within the past year
Ability to pass a background check
