POSITION OVERVIEW

Licensed Practical Nurse to support student(s) in the school setting.

• Seizure Disorders, Diastat
• Tracheostomy
• G-tube
• Type I Diabetic Management, Insulin Injections and Pumps
• Providing Medication to Students and Structuring Care Plans

! Paid Training Provided for these types of care!

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia State LPN License
• Current CPR/BLS Card
• Prior experience preferred
