Position Details

• Location: Milpitas, CA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday: Hybrid Structure
• Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Position

Staffing Consultants source, recruit, and hire top-notch healthcare providers nationwide. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be able to understand our client's needs, develop staffing strategies to use the quality candidates Ro Health is known for, and then manage them while on assignment. We are looking for individuals who want to move beyond the role of a Staffing Consultant. We want to develop people for the next leadership level in a growing startup. Ro Health seeks a high-performing, self-starting, relationship builder to work as a Staffing Consultant. The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Staffing Consultants work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment committed to serving the most vulnerable populations in our communities while pursuing personal and professional development. • Develop and Manage Advertising Campaigns
• Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
• Wage Negotiation
• Manage Healthcare Providers
• Staffing and Scheduling Healthcare Providers
• Manage Provider Payroll and Timesheets
• Grow and Manage Client Accounts
• Collaborate on New Initiatives for Growth
• Attend Networking Events
• Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
• Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited Institution (Business Related Preferred)
• Leadership Experience

Compensation

• Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k base annual compensation guarantee)
• Expected 1st Year Compensation: $65-67k
• Quarterly Bonuses!

• PTO: 15 Days PTO + 2 Floating Holidays + 7 Paid Holidays (24 Paid Days Off)
