Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students in schools throughout the Monroe, MI area! This role uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help students (pre-K–12) succeed.

Roles

• 1:1 Support: Assist one student throughout the day with behavioral and academic goals
• Classroom Support: Work with teachers to support multiple students as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support in school settings
• Communicate effectively with students and staff
• Stay active (standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs)
• Assist with toileting/diapering if needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Associate’s or ParaPro encouraged)
• Experience in childcare/ABA/schools preferred
• Team-oriented with a passion for helping students
