Job Description: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Toledo Area Schools

Ro Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school-based settings throughout the Toledo area. This position is anticipated to begin in the upcoming 2026–2027 school year, with opportunities for continued placement. The role offers a flexible schedule with options for full-time (30–40 hours per week) or part-time hours.

Position Overview:

Location: Toledo, OH (School-Based Setting)

Specialty Areas: ABA Specialist, Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, part-time, or per diem

Target Start Date: Beginning of the 2026–2027 school year

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to students with special needs
• Deliver 1:1 support for students requiring individualized attention
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and specialists to support student success
• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
• Foster a positive and structured learning environment
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support educational and behavioral development

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred or ParaPro Assessment
• ABA or childcare experience preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and support skills in educational settings
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Passion for working with students and supporting their growth
