Billing and Collections Specialist

Ro Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing & Collections Specialist to support our growing team. This entry-level role is essential to maintaining strong client relationships through accurate invoicing, consistent communication, and effective follow-up on accounts. We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn and grow alongside the company.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Shift: 8am – 5pm
• Immediate Hire Preferred/Immediate Start Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage client billing processes, including generating and sending accurate invoices
• Conduct outbound calls and video meetings with clients to review billing details and maintain relationships
• Follow up on outstanding balances and handle collections in a professional, timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Track and update account statuses, payments, and client communications on a regular basis
• Provide consistent updates to clients regarding invoices, payments, and account activity
• Maintain organized records of billing and collections activity
• Assist with improving billing processes and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong phone and video communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Customer service and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred; billing experience a plus

Compensation:

• $20-$22/hr
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
• PTO: 15 days PTO + 2 floating holidays + 7 paid holidays (24 paid days off)
