Ro Health is looking for a Support Specialist for one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing agencies in the United States.
This Support Specialist will work closely with Staffing Consultants to assist our providers with scheduling, time-entry, shift matching, and administrative tasks.This individual will foster relationships with the team as well as providers and clients, in order to provide the best care possible for the communities we serve. How To Excel At This Role:
- Time management and organization are essential with new information being constantly sent in from our providers and clients.
- Learn to use our state-of-the-art recruiting and scheduling software. We will provide additional training on our Salesforce-based platform.
- Work closely with Staffing Consultants to understand what they need the most, this will likely be very dynamic based on our business cycle.
- Practice great phone etiquette and written communication skills, we pride ourselves on our soft skills and attention to detail.
- Work with our systems analysts to improve scheduling practices and day-to-day operations.
- Process payroll for our workers in a timely manner according to our standardized payroll processes.
- Act in accordance with our company’s CARES mission.
- Manage providers on assignments and ensure they are meeting client and company expectations.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by your manager to ensure we are maximizing our providers and clients schedules.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Suite and confidence in your ability to learn our Salesforce based platform.
- Team player with an excellent attitude.
