LPN – 1:1 School Nurse (Day Shift, No Weekends!)

Location: Arlington / Alexandria, VA Area

Pay: $30–$35/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time & Per Diem Options

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a student in a local public school setting. This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy a structured schedule, pediatric care, and a supportive environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Day shift only
• No nights, weekends, or holidays

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 care and monitoring for a student during the school day
• Support medical needs such as:
  • Seizure management (including Diastat)
  • Tracheostomy care
  • G-tube feedings
  • Type 1 diabetes (insulin, pump support)
• Administer medications and follow individualized care plans
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive school environment

Paid training provided for specialized care

What You Need

• Active LPN license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients
