This is a dynamic, business-focused role that combines recruitment, sales, account management, customer service, and operations. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting healthcare professionals, building and maintaining client relationships, managing provider schedules, negotiating compensation, and ensuring exceptional service for both clients and providers.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for relationship-building. Position Details

• Location: Milpitas, CA (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet client needs
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Staff and schedule healthcare providers
• Negotiate wages with candidates

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers as their primary point of contact
• Manage relationships with Ro Health clients
• Oversee healthcare providers throughout their assignments

Operations & Leadership Development

• Assist with payroll and marketing operations
• Develop skills needed for future management opportunities
• Operate with a high level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Leadership experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Salary + Commission
• $62,000 Annual Compensation Guarantee
